Amaris is a multi-hyphenated theatre maker based in New York City, NY. She enjoys work that centers on queer and BIPOC joy.
She has worked as a performer, director, and as a theatre administrator:
Teatro Chelsea, Apollinaire Theatre, ArtsEmerson, and the Miami Theatre Center.
She loves working on New Work projects, pop-rock musicals, chocolate chip cookies, and her hanging with her dog Kodi!

Most recently, I moved to the city for my first Off-Broadway contract with Pregones Theatre/PRTT (Bronx) where I had the opportunity to participate in a musical workshop under Luis Salgado and the R.Evolucion Latina Team. It was a monumental experience that has expanded my personal relationships with pioneering Broadway professionals and I am forever grateful for that newfound network.
